This Privacy Agreement explains how MiranaClub ("we", "us", "the Platform") collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you create an account and use our games and services. By registering an account you confirm that you have read, understood and accept this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to open an account and play. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that participating in real-money games is legal where you live. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended and any balance being withheld.

4. Your Email & Password Reset

Your email address is used primarily to recover your account. If you forget your password we email a 6-digit verification code that expires in 10 minutes. We will never ask you for this code, your password, or your wallet details by phone or message — do not share them with anyone.

5. Data Security

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Traffic between your device and the Platform is encrypted over HTTPS. While we apply industry-standard safeguards, no system is completely secure, so you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for every action taken under your account.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the payment and infrastructure providers needed to run the service, or where we are required to do so by law or to protect the rights and safety of the Platform and its members.

7. Deposits, Withdrawals & Turnover

Bonuses and credited amounts may carry a turnover (wagering) requirement that must be met before the related balance can be withdrawn. Deposits are credited once confirmed. We reserve the right to review any transaction or withdrawal for security and compliance before it is completed.
